happy tuesday!

The kids are back in school and the Fall sessions are right around the corner. It's been fun hanging out with my youngest. She's been helping me scout out new locations for Fall. I Heart Faces - Photo challenge

This is my first entry into one of the

weekly photo challenges!One summer evening my husband and I took the kids to this cool dam after a big rain and let them play around. My middle child, Aidan, loves to be silly and he put a pair of my shades on and started acting "cool", which made him laugh so hard at himself. This picture definitely captures his personality! Love him!

Another day, another Lucy! What are the odds of that?
Toddlers are active and can wear me out in a session, but I they are one of my favorite ages to photograph. I love watching them explore, play, and their expressions are so genuine, so in the moment. They can go from being upset about something to laughing in a manner of seconds. It may be one of the toughest times for a parent, but it is definitely one of the cutest ages.

Sweet Miss Lucy is headed to kindergarten and mom wanted to capture some photographs of her before she turns all big girl on them! She is already about to lose her first tooth before she even turns five. Reminds me that they are only little for short time! Here are a few from our session.
